PHOSPHORIC ACID / WAGON LOADING - FUGITIVE EMISSIONS CONTROL

PROCESS INFORMATION
Product Loading Stations transfer Phosphorous to (railway) wagons, and generates both P4 dust and P2O5 vapours into the atmosphere.

Phosphorous and Phosphoric Acid particles come from the air around the product transportation & loading operation many times per day and during the frequent wagon cleaning operation.

DESIGN SOLUTION
Becoflex rotary brush scrubber in 316L Stainless Steel handling 600 - 1200M3/hr. The extraction air is sprayed with water at the spinning brush section.
