SULPHURIC ACID / ACID CONCENTRATOR

PROCESS INFORMATION
In a H2SO4 plant, weak acid can be produced which is then concentrated to commercial grade strong acid. Concentration is often done by direct contact with hot gas from a combustion furnace.Weak acid droplets are mechanically entrained, even up to a load of 10,000mg/m3. The particle size spectrum will be quite small, certainly < 3 micron.
